Imagination Players is based on the premise that participating in an arts program is an important aspect in the growth of every child. From the teamwork of being part of a cast, the discipline required putting on a production, and the confidence gained performing before a live audience, our young actors are instilled with an appreciation for the performing arts that will carry into adulthood.

Designed to encourage teamwork, personal integrity, self-esteem, and life-long appreciation for live theatre, Imagination Players is a year-round performing arts training program for young people ages 6 to 18. Imagination Players students participate in classes, workshops and full-scale productions. All performances are by Imagination Players students and classes are taught by professionals in the theatrical community.

Imagination Players productions are modeled after professional theatre productions with auditions, rehearsals, tech week, and back-to-back performances. The players are exposed to working with multiple professionals including a producer, director, musical director, choreographer, and stage manager. In an effort to reach as many children as possible, Imagination Players productions are no-cut productions. Auditions are simply to see what role the student will play. This ensures that all the players feel included and welcomed in an environment that they may learn to love.
